2、 Before starting the equipment, the operator must confirm whether the machine has equipment maintenance marks and confirm that it is normal before starting the machine.

3、 Before starting the machine, the equipment should be maintained and lubricating grease and oil should be added to the machine according to the quality and quantity.

4、 When finding the air source, first check the oil-water separator in the equipment, remove the accumulated water in the settling cup, check for air leakage in the equipment, and promptly handle it.

5、 Turn on the power supply, conduct a trial run test on the machine, and confirm that there are no faults before operating. When the machine is running, it should first rotate at low speed for 10-20 minutes. Check if there is any abnormal noise in the equipment, and if any abnormalities are found, stop the machine in a timely manner or notify maintenance personnel to come to the site for maintenance.
