Equipment features

1. The spindle and circular cutter use a continuously variable speed system, which can perform high and low stepless speed regulation and forward and reverse switching control.

2. Adopting imported PLC and high-precision stepper system to control the cutting width and forward/backward knife cutting system, combined with imported precision ball screw and slide rail displacement, it has a long service life and is not easy to wear, resulting in a cutting width accuracy of 0.1mm. Narrow cutting width is parallel and fast during feed cutting, and the speed is stepless speed regulation. The paper tube is easy to cut, achieving high-precision and fast cutting of high-quality products.

3. The operation interface adopts an LCD Chinese display screen, which only requires one screen for all operations. Four cutting widths and times can be set simultaneously, and the actual cutting times can be displayed. Manual/automatic conversion function is also provided

4. Equipped with a double-sided grinding system, using diamond grinding wheels for grinding, it is durable and not easy to generate heat. The blade has a high smoothness after grinding, and its service life is ten times that of ordinary white jade grinding wheels. The blade can be ground without disassembly. The blade remains sharp for a long time to achieve good cutting quality, and is equipped with an automatic vacuum device to keep the fabric and track clean.
