Splicing machine manufacturer - the splicing form of veneer splicing machines.
① Paperless sewing machine: When the sewing machine is working, the thin wood is coated with adhesive on the side, which is solidified and glued under the action of the heating roller and heating pad of the paperless sewing machine. Urea formaldehyde resin adhesive, etc. This paperless splicing method actually relies on the core board splicing equipment of plywood, which is not good for splicing thin or uneven thin wood, and is only suitable for splicing thick wood.
② Paper tape sewing machine: Tape can be applied to the surface of thin wood and removed during surface polishing; Perforated tape can also be applied to the back of the thin wood. At this point, the paper tape is located between the thin wood and the substrate. When the veneer is thin, the paper tape is easily reflected on the surface, and the water resistance of the tape is poor, which can easily cause peeling or delamination between the veneer and the substrate. So the general method of using surface adhesive tape is to remove the paper tape. However, during surface finishing, a scraper needs to be used to polish or scrape off the surface. This way, the thin wood on the surface will become thinner, and the adhesive on the paper tape will contaminate the board surface, leaving traces. Special care must be taken during operation.
③ Hot melt adhesive line stitching machine: uses fine glass fiber wrapped with hot melt resin (such as ethylene acetate copolymer), which replaces adhesive tape with hot melt adhesive line, to splice two thin pieces of wood together. When splicing, the back of the two thin pieces of wood are fed upwards into the machine and squeezed into each other under the action of the squeezing roller. The hot melt adhesive line melts the resin through a heater, which swings left and right to spray adhesive liquid, forming a Z adhesive line at the joint of two thin wood pieces. Then, it solidifies at room temperature to splice the two thin wood pieces together. This Z-type stitching machine is generally suitable for splicing thin wood with a thickness of 0.5-0.8 millimeters.
④ Hot melt adhesive drip sewing machine: Use fine glass fiber wrapped with hot melt resin instead of tape to splice two thin pieces of wood together. During the jointing process, the hot melt adhesive is heated and melted on a dot shaped applicator, and drops of adhesive are applied to the joint of two thin pieces of wood. Then, under the action of a pressure roller, the two thin pieces of wood are flattened and spliced together. This stitching machine can splice thin wood with a thickness of 0.4-1.8 millimeters.
