How to judge the quality of the electromagnetic valve of the fully automatic cutting machine?

(1) Judging from the appearance, the surface of the valve body of high-quality solenoid valves is usually relatively flat, without sand holes, etc. The edge of the valve body is finely chamfered, the hole wall is smooth, and the oil port and brand logo letters are correct, neat, and clear.

(2) Valve core: The valve core is an important component of an electromagnetic valve, which can directly determine the performance and service life of the electromagnetic valve. High quality solenoid valves usually use metal materials with high hardness and wear resistance, which have strict requirements for machining accuracy. The cutting machine ensures that the solenoid valve operates stably under high pressure. The solenoid valve adopts a low-carbon alloy steel valve core, with a machining error between 0.003mm and 0.005mm. If the valve core is placed inside the valve body, the valve body will hang vertically.

(3) The electromagnetic valve has high requirements for the smoothness, roundness, and concentricity of the valve body, and the oil tank should be smooth and have good roundness.

The occurrence of abnormal oil pump noise is mainly due to the following reasons:

One is that the hydraulic oil is too low or too dirty. When the hydraulic oil of the cutting machine is too low or too dirty, the oil suction resistance will increase. The friction and collision between particles in dirty oil and rotating parts can also generate some abnormal noise, while also mixing some air, increasing the noise. If there is abnormal noise in the general oil pump, the amount and cleanliness of the hydraulic oil should be checked first, and whether the hydraulic oil should exceed the filter by 2cm.

2、 Filter blockage can also cause insufficient oil suction in the oil pump. When the filter is severely blocked, the oil pump will suck the filter flat and check if the filter is blocked. Generally, after shutting down, unscrew the filter for inspection. After unscrewing the filter, the cutting machine must not be opened to prevent foreign objects from entering the oil pump. If the filter is clogged, please use a brush to clean it with gasoline or diesel, air dry it, and then reinstall it.

3、 It is difficult to inspect the abnormal noise of the oil pump caused by air leakage from the suction pipe or pipe joint, as there is no visible oil leakage from the appearance. Professional maintenance personnel generally use the method of wrapping the joint with raw material and filling the oil leakage gap with hydraulic oil for inspection, but it is difficult for ordinary maintenance personnel to master. We can only test the joints and oil pipes in other places to confirm that there are no problems, and then install them.
