Equipment features

1. Machine head can be equipped with: high-speed side cutter flat sewing machine, five thread overlock sewing machine, ultrasonic sewing machine.

2. The material storage rack with wooden boards is designed under the folding rack, which not only saves space but also allows for storing whole rolls of fabric or bulk fabric. And it has functions of expanding and aligning the fabric, which can be folded neatly through a folding frame after expanding and aligning the fabric without wrinkles.

3. The fabric pulling mechanism feeds the folded fabric into the sewing machine, sews and cuts the edges. Through the splitting and hot pressing device, the fabric edges are split and ironed, and then pressed to death by the cloth pressing roller. After the fabric is pulled out by the cloth pulling roller, the cloth swinging frame folds the fabric in a Z-shaped shape.

4. Using an intelligent temperature controller to control temperature, the temperature is accurate. And it is equipped with a meter meter that can measure the length.

5. The sewing and fabric pulling are driven by the same variable frequency motor and adopt variable frequency stepless speed regulation, which can meet the requirements of different fabrics and speeds. The synchronization is high, and the sewing speed can reach 500 meters per hour.

6. Equipped with an automatic stop device for thread breakage, it can automatically stop the machine even if the thread is broken or the fabric is not sewn properly.

7. Equipped with a fixed width iron, ensuring that the width of the entire roll of fabric is consistent after folding and stitching.

8. Equipped with an automatic edge material collection device, it can roll up the cut edge materials.
